The Role:
Our support team is growing! We are seeking a support professional who is passionate about technology, enjoys working with people, and is eager to learn and teach new skills.
The main focus of this role will be to demonstrate Simplex 3D solutions to customers. The candidate will need to gain a thorough understanding of the platform, including its tools, functionalities, use cases, and data layers, as well as how they can be applied to various scenarios. Additionally, they will assist in developing top-notch customer, technical, and sales support functions. The candidate will provide personalized and group training as requested by clients and use technical expertise, business acumen, and industry knowledge to assist both new customers and existing users. This is a valuable opportunity to influence the future of Simplex 3D and contribute to market success.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team as a key technical advisor and advocate for Simplex 3D’s platform, while continuously enhancing the conversion rate from qualified opportunities to successful wins.
- Deliver customized software demos and sales presentations to existing customers and pre-qualified prospects via web-based delivery or on-site meetings.
- Conduct discovery sessions to uncover and understand pain points within the Simplex platform.
- Organize and lead user workshops and webinars, providing a hands-on experience of Simplex tools.
- Collaborate with the Simplex team to identify gaps in the platform’s data layers and suggest improvements.
- Identify and communicate product capabilities, limitations, and implementation requirements to clients.
- Describe technical trade-offs and implementation alternatives, balancing revenue opportunities with client needs.
Requirements:
- Practical experience working with GIS systems (at least 2 years in creating, organizing, and analyzing geographic data).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver high-quality training (at least 1 year of instructional experience).
- Willingness to travel within Israel.
- Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking with an innate desire to bring new category-defining products to market.
- Strong project management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Independent self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Advantages (not mandatory, but highly valued):
- Previous experience with 3D software or similar projects (specifically, at least 1 year working with REVIT).
- Passion for mapping and technology.
