Technical Project Manager – ArchViz / Real Estate Tech

Simplex 3D is hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead projects in the world of proptech. The role includes full responsibility for task definition and tracking, managing incoming assets, and maintaining consistent and professional communication with the company’s clients and suppliers—such as developers, brokers, and real estate professionals in Israel and abroad. You’ll serve as a central interface between our internal creative and 3D teams and external stakeholders, ensuring focused and efficient internal workflows. The Technical Project Manager will be the main point of contact between the sales team, creative team, and the client—ensuring alignment, transparency, and progress at every stage of the project. This position reports to the Product Manager.

The Role:

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate the execution of proptech-related projects with a hands-on approach and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage schedules and tasks from new orders to project delivery.
• Maintain ongoing communication and provide regular updates to clients.
• Collect and validate assets usability from architects, render studios, and clients.
• Coordinate between clients (non-technical) and the company’s creative 3D team.
• Provide basic product guidance and initial support.
• Assist in ongoing product definition and improvement based on field feedback.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong skills in task management, prioritization, and scheduling.
• Proven ability to drive workflows and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, suppliers, and project partners.
• Comfortable working in a tech-driven environment.
• Experience working with Gantt charts, JIRA, or workflow processes in Slack.
• Background in architecture, ArchViz, or real estate marketing and sales (nice to have).
• Familiarity with design software such as Photoshop, Revit, GIS tools or similar (nice to have).
• Experience with analytics platforms or strong Excel skills (nice to have).
• Motivation to grow into product-focused roles over time.
