Simplex 3D is Seeking a Technical Support and Training Specialist Role.

Role Overview:

• Conduct training sessions on the Simplex SAAS platform for our valued clients.
• Deliver both individualized and group-based training at client premises.
• Role involves on-site visits to client locations nationwide.

:Qualifications

• Experience with GIS or architectural geographical information systems, such as ArcGIS, QGIS, AutoCAD, Revit, and Excel.
• Minimum of one year’s experience in a training capacity.
• Must possess a valid driving license.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Position Details:
