The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead our U.S. expansion and play a crucial role in the product-market fit (PMF) validation process for our 3D SaaS platform in NYC, Miami, and nationwide. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Simplex 3D and contribute to our market success.
Responsibilities:
Market Research & User Insights:
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand the needs, challenges, and current workflows of key decision-makers in the NYC real estate industry (developers, brokers, architects etc.).
- Develop detailed ICPs and user personas to represent ideal customers within each target segment.
- Analyze competitor offerings, pricing models, and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to gather customer feedback and identify potential use cases.
- Analyze and understand customer needs to create repeatable winning strategies including differentiated positioning, value-based messaging, market shifts, product requirements, packaging, customer evidence, and content.
Value Proposition & Messaging:
- Develop and craft compelling and differentiated USPs and messaging that clearly communicate the benefits of Simplex 3D for the real estate market, while addressing each segment’s specific pain points.
- Manage and maintain product messaging consistency across all marketing channels.
PMF Validation & Measurement:
- Work closely with the product and development teams to ensure the platform aligns with user needs and market requirements.
- Develop and implement a data-driven approach to measure the success of the PMF validation process.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rate, user engagement, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Analyze results and provide data-driven insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in Global B2B SaaS; experience in prop-tech is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of market research methodologies and user persona development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and targeted messaging- Native English is a must.
- Proven storyteller with the ability to enable others to deliver memorable product narratives
- Broad analytical skills to source relevant information that informs and validates product positioning and messaging
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and data analysis platforms is a plus.
- Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking with an innate desire to bring new category-defining products to market
- Strong project management, presentation, and communications skills
- Independent self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
