The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven PPC Manager & Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal to driving lead generation and operational excellence within our marketing department. As a hybrid role, it combines the technical expertise of PPC campaign management with the strategic insight of marketing operations. You will have the opportunity to directly impact our global growth efforts while working within a collaborative and innovative environment.
We know this role is a unique blend of PPC and marketing operations management. It’s not about “doing it all,” but about meeting two specific key needs in our marketing department.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize B2B PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) to drive lead generation, engagement, and conversions.
- Promote organic social posts to boost visibility and engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements to achieve KPIs and performance goals with a positive ROI.
- Generate detailed performance reports and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Create compelling ad creatives and copies, perform A/B testing, and optimize campaigns based on results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Create original Hebrew copy as needed for marketing materials such as sales enablement collaterals, social media posts, email campaigns, and internal communications.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone of voice and is culturally relevant to target audiences.
Marketing Operations:
- Collaborate with the marketing team on general marketing operations tasks, including WordPress: content updates and optimization, email marketing, and automation workflows.
- Support process improvements to streamline marketing workflows across multiple platforms.
- Manage integrations between marketing tools and maintain data hygiene within all platforms and the product.
- Assist in developing scalable, repeatable processes to improve team efficiency.
- Build and optimize marketing automation workflows to enhance campaign efficiency and lead nurturing.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in PPC management, marketing operations, or a related field.
- Bilingual skills: Proficiency in both Hebrew and English—a must!
- Proven experience in PPC campaign management with measurable success in global B2B SaaS companies, preferably start-ups.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- A creative mindset to utilize platform algorithms (FB, IG, LI, etc.) for maximum impact.
- Technical skills: Proficiency with tools and systems such as WordPress (for ongoing website maintenance), HubSpot, Gen AI, and other marketing operations supporting platforms.
- Analyze and optimize workflows, campaigns, and data to support continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.
