We are an established Israeli PropTech company expanding into the U.S. market and seeking our first Florida-based Director of Sales to lead our national sales efforts. The role requires a self-driven, organized, and results-oriented professional who is comfortable working independently and managing a full sales cycle and gradually building a sales organization bottom up. Working mainly with real estate developers, brokers, architects and other real-estate professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Lead sales activities in Florida with the option to expand to general US sales:
- A to Z responsibility: outreaches, demos, proposals, and closing deals
- Build and manage a strong pipeline while working closely with our Israeli HQ
- Manage tasks, priorities, and potentially a sales team as growth continues
- Ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success while providing insight to our marketing and sales team.
- Reports directly to Simplex our VP of US sales.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (technology, real estate or SaaS preferred)
- Ability to work independently and operate effectively long-distance and different time zones
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience with Monday, Excel, other CRM systems
- Background in real-estate development/sales, GIS or real estate sales – significant advantage
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tech platforms.
